Mark A. Sessums

Mark A. Sessums is the founding partner of the firm. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida, he received his B.A. in 1982 and his J.D. cum laude in 1989. He is recognized and listed in Super Lawyers (2006-2011) and was editor of the family law section of the Florida Bar Journal from 1999-2000. Mark received a rating of 10 out of 10 - highest rating from AVVO.com, the world's largest legal directory. The firm is rcognized as an AV firm, the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell. Mark was invited by the Advisory board of the Litigation Counsel of America to become a fellow in the Litigations Counsel of America Trial Lawyers Honorary Society, whose membership is limited to less than one half of one percent of American lawyers. He is the author of the  following articles:
